I bought Pro but the app still shows a limit.
Open Settings in the app and tap “Restore Purchase”. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID that made the purchase.

How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The app can't save to Photos.
In iOS Settings, find LiveFrame and allow it to add to Photos.

Where do my photos and videos go?
Nowhere: everything is processed on your device. See the Privacy Policy.
