1. Agreement1. 协议的接受

By downloading or using LiveFrame you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Where these terms are silent, Apple's standard end user licence agreement applies.

下载或使用 LiveFrame 即表示你同意本协议。如不同意，请不要使用本 App。本协议未涉及的事项，适用 Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议。

2. Licence2. 使用许可

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's usage rules.

我们授予你一项个人的、非独占的、不可转让的许可，允许你按照 App Store 的使用规则，在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上使用本 App。

3. Your content3. 你的内容

The photos and videos you edit, and everything you export, remain yours. You are responsible for having the right to use the media you bring into the app and for how you use the results.

你编辑的照片、视频以及导出的所有内容均归你所有。你需要确保有权使用导入 App 的素材，并对导出结果的使用方式负责。

4. Free use and purchases4. 免费使用与付费说明

  • Free use. Without paying, you can save a result up to 3 times with each of the three tools (Video to Live Photo, Photos to Live Photo, HD Frame). All transitions and export formats are available during free use. The free allowance may change in future versions.
  • Pro (Lifetime Access). A single one-time purchase that removes the limit on saves for all three tools. It is not a subscription: you are charged once and there are no recurring or automatic charges.
  • Price and payment. The price is shown in the app, in your local currency, before you confirm. It can differ between countries or regions and may change over time; you pay the price shown at the moment of purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID by Apple when you confirm.
  • Where it works. The purchase is linked to your Apple ID. After reinstalling the app or on another device signed in with the same Apple ID, tap “Restore Purchase” in the app to unlock Pro again at no extra cost.
  • Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple and refunds are decided by Apple under its own policies. We cannot issue refunds ourselves. To request one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • What “lifetime” means. It refers to the lifetime of the app: Pro stays unlocked for as long as LiveFrame is available and supported. It is not a promise that the app will be maintained forever.
  • 免费使用。不付费的情况下，三个工具（视频转实况照片、照片转实况照片、高清帧）各可成功保存 3 次。免费使用期间，所有转场和导出格式均可使用。免费次数在后续版本中可能调整。
  • Pro（终身使用权）。一次性购买，购买后三个工具的保存次数不再受限。它不是订阅：只收费一次，不会周期性扣费，也不会自动续费。
  • 价格与支付。确认购买前，App 内会以你所在地区的货币显示价格。不同国家或地区的价格可能不同，价格也可能随时间调整；你支付的是购买当时显示的价格。确认后由 Apple 从你的 Apple ID 扣款。
  • 适用范围。购买与你的 Apple ID 绑定。重新安装 App 或在登录同一 Apple ID 的其他设备上，点击 App 内的“恢复购买”即可再次解锁 Pro，无需重复付费。
  • 退款。购买由 Apple 处理，是否退款由 Apple 根据其政策决定，我们无法直接退款。如需申请，请前往 reportaproblem.apple.com。
  • “终身”的含义。指 App 的生命周期：只要 LiveFrame 仍然提供并受支持，Pro 就保持解锁。这不代表我们承诺永久维护本 App。

5. Acceptable use5. 合理使用

Do not use the app to create or distribute content that is unlawful or infringes other people's rights, and do not try to reverse engineer the app or bypass its purchase checks.

请勿使用本 App 制作或传播违法内容或侵犯他人权利的内容，也不要对 App 进行反向工程或绕过其购买验证。

6. Intellectual property6. 知识产权

The app, its design and its code belong to the developer. “Live Photos” is a trademark of Apple Inc.; LiveFrame is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.

本 App 及其设计、代码归开发者所有。“Live Photos”是 Apple Inc. 的商标；LiveFrame 是独立应用，与 Apple 无隶属关系，也未获得 Apple 的认可或背书。

7. Disclaimer7. 免责声明

The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee that every video or photo will be processed successfully, or that a result will behave the same on every iOS version (for example when set as a wallpaper). Keep your originals: the app never modifies or deletes them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

本 App 按“现状”提供。我们会尽力保证其稳定，但无法保证每段视频或每张照片都能成功处理，也无法保证导出结果在所有 iOS 版本上表现一致（例如设置为壁纸时）。请保留好原始素材：本 App 不会修改或删除它们。在法律允许的范围内，我们不对因使用本 App 产生的间接或附带损失承担责任。本协议不限制你依据消费者保护法律享有的不可放弃的权利。

8. Changes and contact8. 变更与联系
